About

About Me

It is my privilege to serve the Las Vegas community through my therapy practice. My family settled in the Las Vegas Valley when I was a toddler, so I proudly consider myself a native Las Vegan.

Through years of education, training, and clinical experience, I have intentionally cultivated a warm, welcoming practice where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to come alongside each person with both the compassion of the heart and the thoughtfulness of the mind, creating a space where healing, growth, and meaningful change can occur.

I believe in honoring the uniqueness of every individual and the story that is yours alone. Because of that, there is no "cookie-cutter" approach to therapy. Guided by curiosity, openness, and respect, I tailor treatment to you—your experiences, your history, your strengths, and your goals.

My areas of clinical experience and expertise include trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, non-suicidal self-injury, eating disorders, grief, and life transitions. I provide trauma-informed care and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

While I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan, I have a special passion for supporting adolescents and young adults. Their resilience, honesty, and unique perspectives continually inspire my work. As a self-described "recovering overachiever," I also find great fulfillment in helping individuals move beyond the pressures of perfectionism and high achievement toward lives marked by greater balance, self-compassion, and authenticity.

When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll likely find me reading the latest Book Club novel, singing with my church music ministry, planning gatherings with family and friends, exploring new travel destinations, or enjoying a quiet evening on the couch with my husband and our dog, Charlie.

Charlie isn't a therapy dog—although he occasionally seems convinced that he is.

About Virtual Therapy

Compassionate Care—Wherever You Are

All therapy sessions are conducted securely through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, allowing you to access care from the comfort and privacy of a location that works best for you.

My clients find that virtual therapy fits more naturally into their daily lives while providing the same meaningful therapeutic connection as in-person sessions. Many clients tell me that after just a few minutes, they forget they're meeting through a screen and simply experience the comfort of genuine conversation and connection.

Benefits of Virtual Therapy

Convenience
Eliminate commute time and attend sessions from the comfort of your own space.

Accessibility
Whether you're at home, at work during a break, or traveling within Nevada, therapy can come with you.

Comfort
Choose an environment where you feel safe, relaxed, and most like yourself.

Continuity of Care
Virtual sessions make it easier to maintain consistent appointments despite busy schedules, transportation challenges, or unexpected life events.

Fewer Barriers
Teletherapy removes many of the obstacles that can make accessing mental health care more difficult, helping you prioritize your well-being.

Is Virtual Therapy Right for You?
Virtual therapy is an excellent fit for many people, but it may not be the best option if you do not have reliable internet access or a private, confidential space where you can participate without interruption.
If you're unsure whether teletherapy is the right choice for your situation, I'd be happy to discuss your needs and answer any questions during a consultation.

Is Virtual Therapy Effective?
Yes. A growing body of research has consistently found that virtual therapy is as effective as in-person therapy for many mental health concerns, with high levels of client satisfaction and strong treatment outcomes. Research has shown teletherapy to be particularly effective in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and many other common behavioral health concerns.
